Rising Above provides numerous support services to address the needs of the communities they serve. Their ministry serves to bring healing to our land by educating, equipping and empowering aboriginal people to address their pain and rise above it.

Providing a “Baby Shower in a Bag” to mothers in need. Layette Love receives donation of new and gently used infant care items and packages them up to be distributed though the Crisis Pregnancy Centre in Winnipeg.

Island Breeze Manitoba runs an exciting DTS program for 5 months which teaches on topics like Hearing the Voice of God, the Father Heart of God, Cultural Restoration, Spiritual Warfare, and much more. The classroom learning is followed by a local outreach where you have the chance to be the hands and feet of Jesus to others.

Lighthouse Mission is unique in that, everyone is welcomed through our doors. Whether or not our friends are high, drunk or have previously been violent with us, they are welcome  at Lighthouse and to our services. We believe God’s heart is most reflected in our unmeasured forgiveness, love and grace toward the broken, hurting, and desperate people who come to us for help.
